PITTSBURGH, PA- The Chatham University Volleyball team (0-26, 0-16 PAC) fell 3-0 on their senior day to Waynesburg University (7-17, 2-13 PAC). The Cougars lost the three sets by convincing scores of 25-15, 25-18, 25-21.

Prior to the match, the Chatham community, friends, and family celebrated the commitment, contributions, and achievements of Cougar seniors, Julianne Speeney (Sr., Connellsville, PA/Geibel Catholic) , Angelina Liberi (Jr., Mt. Lebanon, PA/Mt. Lebanon) , and Ally Ratliff (Sr., Johnstown, PA/Ferndale Area) .

Against Waynesburg, Mareija Bibbs (Jr., Chesapeake, VA/Peninsula Catholic) recorded 12 kills, 9 digs, two solo blocks, and one block assist. Liberi contributed six kills and six digs. Speeney ended with 17 assists, nine digs, one solo block, one ace, and two kills. Molly Farmer (Jr., Oakmont, PA/CCAC) finished the game with six digs.

The Cougars return home again Tuesday, October 23 against Thiel College. The match is scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm.
