This week's Chatham University Female Athlete of the Week is First Year Jumper/Sprinter Ariel Gray (Indianapolis, Ind. / Pike) . On Saturday, the Chatham University Indoor Track team traveled to Mount Union, to compete in the Jim Wuske Invitational. Gray highlighted the day with an amazing performance in the long-jump event. Ariel set a new Chatham University record with an impressive 5.24 meter mark in the event. That mark also qualified her for the ECAC Indoor Championships. Gray also competed in the 60 meter dash finishing with a mark of 8.50, good for another Chatham University school record.
