This week’s male athlete of the week is basketball player Anthony Bomar. A first year from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, Bomar scored a career high 20 points in the Cougar’s recent matchup against PAC rival Westminster, helping the team rally from a 15 point deficit to secure a nail biting 66-64 win. Bomar shot 6-9 from the field, an incredible 5-6 from beyond the arc, and 3-4 from the free throw line. The Cougars take the court again on Wednesday, January 27th, when they face the Saint Vincent Bearcats at 8:00 PM
