PITTSBURGH, PA - The Chatham men's and women's squash teams ((0-1), (0-1)) opened their season at home against the University of Virginia ((3-0), (2-0)), but were defeated 9-0 on the day.
On the men's side, both
Muhammad Hassaan Raza and
Alejandro Cruz would challenge their opponents in the court. Both of them took two fo their three games into extra points as they were able to battle back from being down and tie their opponents at nine.
As for the women,
Vasundhra Vasanthan scored a team high today of six points in a single game.
The Cougars will be back in action next Saturday, November 8, when they take on St. Lawrence back at home at Steel City Squash at 12 PM.
