Cross Country Travels to the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble

Oberlin, OH.  - On a fall Saturday morning, the Chatham University Cross Country teams took part in the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble. 

Freshman Eliana Borne led the charge for the Cougars once again with a time of 25:38.1, good for 11th overall. Crossing the finish line second for the Cougars in 53rd position was sophomore Virginia Malkin with a time of 28:07.3. Sophomore Isabella Brunetto completed the course next in 28:09.3, good for 54th overall. Wrapping up the top Cougar finishers was junior Molly Green, who crossed in 94th place with a time of 31:37.0. 

Looking ahead, the Cougars will return to Meadville, PA., on Saturday, November 1st, to compete in the PAC Championship, the second-to-last meet of the season. The women's team is slated to run first at 11 am, followed by the men's team, which will have a noon take-off time.
