Clinton, PA. - On Saturday, the Cougars competed in the Carnegie Mellon University Invite against a mix of Division I and II institutions.
Leading the way for the women's team was freshman Eliana Borne, placing 63rd with a time of 19:03.70. Finishing second for the Cougars with a time of 20:40.80 was sophomore Isabella Brunetto, good for 131st place. Following closely behind was sophomore Virginia Malkin in 164th place with a time of 22:06.70.
The Cougars return to action next Saturday, October 18th, where they will travel to Oberlin, Ohio, to take part in the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble. The women's team is set to run first at 10 am, with the men's team's take-off scheduled for 11 am.
